This website, MaximizeifyPartners.com, is operated by Maximizeify Partners. We use it to recruit and support independent Sales Partners. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

• Information you give us on the application form: your name, email address, phone number, location, work background, written answers, and an optional resume.
• Account information if you are accepted as a Sales Partner: your login email, profile details, and the records of your activity in the partner portal.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, so the site can load and stay secure.

• To review your application and contact you about it.
• To set up and run your Sales Partner account, including commissions, agreements, and support.
• To keep the site secure and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We do not share your information with anyone outside our company, except the service providers who help us run the site and our business — for example our website hosting, database, and email providers. They may only use the information to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or social media pixels on this site. If you create an account, we store a sign-in record in your browser so you stay logged in. That record is required for the site to work and is removed when you sign out.

We keep applicant information for two years after you apply, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you become a Sales Partner, we keep your account and commission records for as long as your account is active and afterward for as long as we are required to for tax and legal reasons.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right not to have your personal information sold or shared — which we do not do. To make a request, email us and we will respond.

Your information is stored with reputable providers using encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
